BIOLIFT EXOSKELETON LIMITED WARRANTY


Biolift products are backed by the following Limited Warranty:
1. Warranty Coverage

  • Biolift products are covered for one (1) year from the date of delivery to customers or end users. During this time, the following guarantees apply:
    • The products are free from defects in materials, workmanship, or design that would render them unfit for their intended purpose.
    • The products meet the specifications outlined in the provided documentation.
    • The products are new and free of used or reconditioned parts (unless explicitly agreed upon).
    • The products have passed all required industry-standard safety tests.
    • The products are free from third-party claims or encumbrances at the time of delivery.
    • The products do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

2. Warranty Conditions and Exclusions

  • Proper use, storage, and maintenance in line with the provided instructions are required to maintain warranty coverage.
  • The warranty does not cover:
    • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
    • Defects caused by abnormal conditions, unauthorized modifications, or customer misuse.
    • Claims related to injury prevention, as Biolift products are designed to reduce work effort but cannot guarantee injury avoidance.

3. Remedies for Warranty Claims

  • If a Biolift product is found to have a defect within the Warranty Period, the following remedies are available:
    • Repair or replacement of the defective product at no additional cost.
    • Refund of the original purchase price for the defective product.

4. Warranty Support

  • Claims should be submitted to the distributor, who will refer the matter to Biolift for resolution.
  • Non-compliant products must be returned to Biolift for inspection and improvement. Shipping costs for returns will be covered by Biolift.

5. Post-Warranty Services

  • Maintenance and repair services are available beyond the Warranty Period and will be billed according to Biolift’s current pricing schedule.
