Return Eligibility
You may initiate a return within 15 days of delivery. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
Items must meet the following conditions:
- Original packaging is intact and undamaged
- Product(s) are unused, unmodified, and in sellable condition
- All accessories and parts are included
- Item(s) were not marked clearance or final sale at the time of purchase
Return shipping costs apply and will be deducted from your refund credit.
Items must be received within 30 days of return approval.
Return Shipping
- Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund credit.
- For LTL (freight) shipments, products must remain securely on the original pallet for return.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection.
- Elements reserves the right to decline a refund if items do not meet return conditions.
Damaged Items
LTL Freight Items:
Inspect outer packaging and products at the time of delivery in the presence of the driver. If damage or missing parts are found, refuse the shipment and contact our team immediately.
Parcel Deliveries:
Report damage within 3 business days of receipt. If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund will be issued.
Order Cancellations
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your item(s) within 15 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via the Return and Cancellation Request Form: [VIEW FORM].
