Return Process:
All eligible items returned in unopened and unassembled condition are eligible for return within fifteen (14) days of receipt. Refunds will be made to the original payment method minus all shipping fees to and from the warehouse two weeks after the receipt and inspection of an item.
Elements Home reserves the right to decline a refund request in the event that a product falls within the criteria below:
- Any opened, assembled, or damaged merchandise.
- Items missing parts or accessories.
- Clearance items
- Items that indicate 'final sale' on the product page.
Damaged Items:
For items delivered via LTL (freight):
The outer packaging and products must be inspected at the time of delivery in the presence of the driver. In the event that an item is damaged, or parts are missing, please refuse the shipment and contact our team immediately.
All other items:
The damage must be reported within one (1) business day of receipt. If our team is unable to accommodate a replacement order, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
Order Cancellations:
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via the Return and Cancellation Request Form.
- If an order has shipped, return shipping and associated costs are the buyer's responsibility.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and any included accessories.
- Elements Home is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
- Once the merchandise has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
