At Elements Home, we strive to provide an experience that meets your utmost satisfaction. If for some reason a product does not meet your needs, our simple return policy is here to help! 

Return Process:

All eligible items returned in unopened and unassembled condition are eligible for return within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Refunds will be made to the original payment method minus all shipping fees to and from the warehouse two weeks after the receipt and inspection of an item. 

Please note, if a product is deemed ineligible for return, Elements Home reserves the right to reject a request prior to shipment. 

Fees: 

In the event a product is received in opened or used condition, Elements Home reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% or up to $300. Restocking fees are deducted from the original payment method. 

Non-Returnable Items: 

  •  Any opened or assembled products 
  •  Clearance items
  •  Items that indicate 'final sale' on the product page. 

Damaged Items: 

For items delivered via LTL (freight):

The outer packaging and products must be inspected at the time of delivery in the presence of the driver. In the event that an item is damaged, or parts are missing, please refuse the shipment and contact our team immediately. 

All other items: 

The damage must be reported within one (1) business day of receipt. If our team is unable to accommodate a replacement order, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
